beachy start to 2012! ;)

Having the first long weekend of 2012, we brought Tibbit out to Sentosa to jumpstart the year on a beachy note! ;)

Here's the silly dog looking worriedly at the waves as they 'crashed' onto the sand:


We took turns to swim with the silly dog:


See how skinny he is when wet!


That's Tibbit at the right, watching a group of frisbee players and their frisbee - he'd try to run or jump for it whenever it came near. =.=


Since our silly dog was getting a bit restless...

We left shortly after so Tibbit could have his dinner and rest at home.

We then met the Navy boys for dinner at Ma Maison at The Central:


It was my first time having escargot because I've always thought it to be disgusting, but well, I should try something new since it's a brand new year right?
And hey, Ma Maison did it pretty well! ;)

Beachy Tibbit♥

PSI at 10am was 38, so I took Tibbit to the beach! :)

That's my dear boy who refuses to look at the camera...

AND...

He's uber scared of the water.
It's pretty funny watching him trying to "catch" the waves then retreating when they hit the beach. :P

He's pretty damn smart too, he refused to budge no matter how I coaxed him.


I love my baby!


He made a quick dash for shore and I had to chase after him, haha!

I tried to coax him to the waters again.

It soon started drizzling, so it's time to bathe him.

My weekend was an awesome one!
Met up with “老人帮” for a 'senseless' night on Saturday.

Sunday was lovely...
Baby Tibbit, softball, mahjong, Prince of Persia.
I heart such days! :)


Found it an awesome show, quite a number of take-aways - three, to be exact.

Blood ties are strong.
Sometimes though, greed weakens it.
Always be contented.

Everyone wants to go back to a certain point in their lives to fix their past.
Should that be possible, history would be changed, and could possibly be changed drastically.
But alas, no such time-reversing thang.

To hold on or to let go?
When you hold on to something too tightly and too dearly, you gradually but surely lose grip of it and all you're left with is nothing but a clenched fist.
And you're unhappy holding on.
When you let go, the whole world is in your hands.
And you get to change your destiny!
(Maybe even acquire a different insight on how to get what you were holding on to... ;) )

I'm down with a bad bout of cough, sore throat and runny nose. :(
Stayed home the whole day to rest.

I remember someone telling me that our bodies (as in educators') are synchronised with the school calendar - we're all healthy during school term but tend to fall sick during the school holidays.
Really?

Favourite dropped by to visit and to have dinner with me at grandma's; she's missed him! :)
He watched a little wee bit of tv with me before heading home.

Favourite played with Tibbit baby too! :)

Yea, though it's been a pretty sickly day for me, he made my day! ;)

Yea, so my dear boy finally got to sleep with me last night and I was greeted by these when I woke up.

Hamserm's home! :)

I sent Tibbit to a boarding house for 3 days because of the ongoing renovations at home.
Renovation's over - we're done with the rewiring, the re-piping, painting - so I brought Tibbit home! :)


Yea, that's my hamserm (read: handsome) boy sleeping.
So charming! ;)

I'm going back to sleep!
Yea, I woke up to see him sleeping like that and decided to snap and blog. :P

Homeless :(

I came home from work to see Tibbit baby locked in his cage outside the house.
Apparently Daddy thinks keeping him in the house would be detrimental to his health - all the dust and noise.
And yes, all that dust and noise are true.
Daddy didn't tell me it'd be this bad; I was told Tibbit would be fine. :(
Hence I didn't arrange for him to stay at a boarding house.

So I brought my dear boy to a boarding house at 8ish, begged the person to let him be there.
Now I miss patting that boy to sleep before I go to bed. :(

I don't like all the dust!
And all that sleeping in weird places!
I want the renovation to be done abracadabra!! -pouts-

I'm gonna go to bed though it's only 930pm, and I still have piles to mark.
Oh well, I'll save that for tomorrow or somethin'...
