discouraged

Again, I walk out of EL Lesson discouraged.
I wonder if all that time, effort and hard work put into planning is gonna pay off... :(

Then again, we could be at fault.
They weren't taking what their form teacher and I believed to be the more productive seating plan too well; they'd rather work with their friends.

Maybe...
I could let them find their partner but control the seating arrangement?...

I shall head up again and see if I can get any response from those who're staying for self-study... :)

Anyway, I'm really trying my best with this class.
Helping students in this stream was my motivation to be an educator, I hope that flame doesn't get extinguished... :(

If only I could teach Upper Secondary Bio and Lower Secondary EL...
I believe I'd manage so much better?
Oh well...
I'm off to try and rectify the situation!
